Following is a list of my services:

• Prepare and conduct an On-Site Estate Liquidation Sale.
• Sort and determine what can be sold, saved*, donated or discarded (*photos & personal papers are set aside)
• Inspect items to check for damage/working condition
• Provide tables, tablecloths, shelves, display cases, extra lighting, baskets, clothes racks, price tags, bags, etc.
• Prepare (clean if necessary)  & stage items for sale
• Determine price by past experience and/or researching on the internet
• Tag/Price each item / or group of items
• Conduct the sale for 2 to 4 days to maximize your profit
• Write advertising for local newspaper and Craigs List
• Maintain email list of buyers who frequent Estate Sales and notify them of sales
• Make signs and place in neighborhood on day(s) of sale
• Provide extra staff during sale to assist buyers and help with security
• Provide signs inside of home where areas are blocked off for safety/security
• After sale clean-up, packing of unsold items for donation and trash removal service available.   

I make no promise as to how much your items will sell for, but rest assured I will make every attempt to get the highest possible price during a 2 - 4 day sale.

Clearouts / Cleanouts

Don't have time or enough items  for an estate sale? Need someone to carefully sort items for donation or disposal, yet save personal items/photos so they don't get tossed?   

Need the home/garage completely emptied?  Call for a "Clear Out" quote.   I'll arrange to have it sorted, packed and donated to local charities and provide you with all donation receipts.
